We are delighted to announce the launch of the European Young Chemists’ Network Early-Career Programme at the 9th EuChemS Chemistry Congress (ECC9). This innovative programme is designed to support researchers at the beginning of their professional journey, offering valuable resources, guidance, and opportunities for growth.

The programme aims to empower early-career chemists by addressing key aspects crucial for their professional development. The programme focuses on four main themes:

• Career Development & New Skills
• Societal Challenges
• Scientific Publishing, Communication & Collaboration
• The EuChemS Young Chemists’ Award finalist session
• Additional sessions providing career support and guidance for early-career researchers are available as part of the Industry Day Programme
